YOUTH & KIDS

YOUTH & KIDS

RHI Student ministry is a warm, friendly environment where the youth of Reaching Hearts International participate in interactive Bible studies on Saturday mornings and Wednesday nights. Throughout the year, we also plan a variety of child friendly events such as: camping trips, game nights, holiday plays, mission trips, feeding the homeless, and more! Follow our events calendar on Facebook for event notices.

Want to get involved?  Send Pastor Micah an email. We are always ready to hang out, grow our faith and have some good clean fun! We love to meet new people so bring a friend and join us!

BELONGS TO SUCH AS THESE."

Matthew 19:13-14

WORSHIP
We believe in multi-generational participation during church service. Our community intentionally invests in the spiritual well-being of our youth, and believes that empowering them to lead in the church is essential to their development. This begins with inclusion, and therefore, children of all ages are always welcome.

There is available a mother's room located in the back of the sanctuary, for those who feel more comfortable in a more private space.

Every Saturday, we have engaging Sabbath School classes dedicated to all age groups that start at 10:00 a.m. Ask a greeter at the door and they can direct you and your child(ren) to the appropriate class.

ADVENTURER & PATHFINDER CLUBS

Be sure to ask Pastor Micah to learn more about how to get your child involved in either of these two programs.

ADVENTURER CLUB: GRADES 1-4

The Adventurer program is designed to support parents in assisting children with the challenging task of developing fully as followers of Christ in today’s world.

What is the Adventurer curriculum designed to accomplish?

  • Children will, at their own level, commit their hearts and lives to Jesus Christ.

  • Children will gain a positive attitude toward the benefits, joys, and responsibilities of living a Christian life.

  • Children will acquire the habits, skills and knowledge needed to live for Jesus today.

  • Parents and other primary care-givers will become more confident and effective as co-laborers with Christ for their children.

OBJECTIVES
The Adventurer Club provides fun and creative ways for children.

  • to develop a Christ-like character;

  • to experience the joy and satisfaction of doing things well;

  • to express their love for Jesus in a natural way;

  • to learn good sportsmanship and strengthen their ability to get along with others;

  • to discover their God-given abilities and to know how to use them to benefit self and serve others,

  • to improve their understanding of what makes families strong.
